Directions and public transportation

We are located in Suite 1060 of the Bender Building, directly across the street from the Mayflower Hotel. There is a Gap store at street level.  Parking is available in the building's garage. The entrance is on 18th Street. It is Colonial Parking Garage #90 and will say that it is parking for 1120 Connecticut Ave NW.

The cost at this garage runs $7.00 per hour or $15.00 per day max. If you are in by 9AM it is $11.00 per day. We do not validate parking. There are numerous other parking garages in the downtown area; they all run about $13.00 to $15.00 per day.  We recommend taking the Metro; we are at the Farragut North station. Take the L Street exit from the station. We are in the block just north of the station.

Hotels

Washington, D.C. has hundreds of hotels and bed-and-breakfast inns. You might want to check with online services like Hotwire and Priceline to find discounted rooms (TripAdvisor is a good source for reviews and ratings of hotels). You can also look for suburban hotels or motels close to Metro stations, or with shuttles to the Metro. Some of the hotels and bed-and-breakfast inns nearest us are:

Club Quarters Washington, DC is a private (members-only), full service hotel. The member name is "Johnson O'Connor Research Foundation": when making reservations, please inquire about the cancellation policy, as the Foundation is not liable for any cancellations. The hotel is about four blocks from our building, and one block from Lafayette Park and the White House.

Renaissance Mayflower Hotel is Washington's largest luxury hotel. This national landmark hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America (AAA 4 Diamond rating). It is directly across the street from our building.
