Directions
Subway from Grand Central Terminal (East side of Manhattan)
Take the 4 or 5 train downtown/Brooklyn bound to the Wall St. station. Exit from the station onto Broadway. Walk two blocks south (the direction the traffic is flowing) on the same side of the street. Our building, at 39 Broadway, is between Exchange Plaza and Morris St. We are on the 18th floor, suite 1820.
Subway from Port Authority Terminal - 42nd St (Times Square) or Penn Station (West side of Manhattan)
Take the 1 train downtown/Brooklyn bound to the Rector St. station. Exit at the front of the train. You will emerge from the station directly across the street from the rear entrance to our building. Above a revolving doorway it will read “39 Broadway, 15 Trinity Pl.” Go through that door, up a flight of stairs to the main lobby, and take the appropriate elevator (ask the desk guard which one) to the 18th floor. We are in suite 1820.
Alternate route—If the rear entrance happens to be closed or you do not wish to climb a flight of stairs to our main lobby, cross at Morris St. (which is the first traffic light you reach upon exiting the station). Walk one block east on Morris to Broadway. Turn left and walk halfway up the block to 39 Broadway. For further information, go to the Metropolitan Transit Authority homepage.
PATH Trains
Take the PATH train to the World Trade Center. Walk one block east to Broadway and seven blocks south to 39 Broadway.
By Taxicab
Our office is in the financial district on the southern tip of Manhattan. If you plan to come here by cab, be sure to tell the cab driver to take you to Wall Street and Broadway. If you tell the cabdriver to take you to 39 Broadway, in almost every case you will be taken to 39th Street and Broadway, which is in midtown and quite a distance from our office.
Parking
Battery Parking garage (the largest parking garage in Manhattan!) is located on Greenwich St. across the street from the rear entrance to our building at 15 Trinity Pl. The fee for parking all day is around $20.
In the Neighborhood
The New York office is in the Financial District, two blocks south of Wall Street.
Many cafes and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Century 21 department store is also a short walk away. Several options for sightseeing are also nearby: Trinity Church, Battery Park (with ferries to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island), the American Stock Exchange, Federal Hall, the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian, and the World Trade Center site.
